If you're a young South Carolinian curious about this year’s election & ready to make a real impact—at the ballot box and beyond—this event is for you. 

Join us on Saturday, September 14th to level up your organizing game, boost advocacy skills, and figure out how to get more of your friends voting.

Get hyped for a day packed with hands-on workshops, new connections (and friendship bracelets!), and the tools you need to spark change in your community.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Trainings & workshops on mis/disinformation, using social media to encourage friends to vote, organizing your community by tapping into the resources you already have

  • Hear from young South Carolinians about their experiences organizing, advocating & mobilizing. Learn what worked (and didn’t!)

  • Tools & resources needed to be an informed voter informed in November

  • Collaborative project creating solutions to the most common barriers young voters face using creative problem solving, artistic expression, and curiosity

  • Food, games & activities, great tunes, cool swag, new connections, and more!

SOLVE, a project of Southern Coalition for Social Justice, is a multi-state collaborative of 200+ organizations dedicated to sharing strategies, resources, and support in the ongoing struggle to protect and expand voting rights.
